摘要: 汕头市苏埃海底盾构隧道是国内首条位于8度地震烈度区的特长超大直径海底盾构隧道。为总结该工程的设计过程,首先,列出工程可行性、初步设计、施工图设计各阶段完成的各项专题研究,并从中总结经验; 然后,介绍苏埃隧道线位方案比选、施工工法比选、抗震设计的主要内容,给出设计方案比选中考虑问题的思路、抗震设计的具体做法、防水标准的具体取值等; 最后,概括该工程设计的得失,并提出建议,以期为以后的高地震烈度区水下盾构隧道设计提供有益的参考。

Abstract: Su′ai shield tunnel in Shantou is the first extralong and super largediameter subsea shield tunnel located in 8degree seismic intensity area in China. In this paper, the design process of the project is reviewed. First, every special research completed in phases of engineering feasibility study, preliminary design and construction drawing design of Suai Tunnel are presented, and experience is summarized. Second, the main contents of route comparison and selection, construction method comparison and seismic design are introduced, and the thinking of design consideration of various schemes, specific methods of seismic design and specific values of waterproof standard, etc. are provided. Finally, the experience of the design of this project is summarized, and some advices are proposed to provide a useful reference for the design of underwater shield tunnel in high seismic intensity area.
