摘要: 针对盾构掘进过程中出现滚动角增大的问题,以杭州地铁7号线城站站—四季青站区间盾构掘进工程为依托,提出采用钢楔机构装置纠正盾构滚动角的新方法; 建立盾构掘进过程中的转矩计算公式,在此基础上,给出相应参数计算方法,并结合实际工程对纠偏方法进行验证; 最后研究隧道埋深、地层类型和盾构直径等参数对钢楔机构数量的影响。研究结果表明,钢楔机构纠偏装置可以快速有效地解决盾构滚动角过大的问题。

Abstract: The rolling angle of a shield would increase during tunneling. Accordingly, a new correction method for the rolling angle of the shield using steel wedge structure is proposed based on the shield tunneling project between the Chengzhan station and the Sijiqing station of Hangzhou metro line 7. Furthermore, the torque calculation formula is developed, the calculation methods for the associated parameters are provided, and the correction method is validated in a real-world project. Finally, the influence of tunnel depth, soil type, shield diameter, etc., on the number of steel wedge structures is analyzed. The results show that the steel wedge structure can quickly and effectively correct the rolling angle of the shield.
