超长距离水平定向钻进技术在隧道精准地质勘察的研究及应用

摘要: 为弥补传统钻探勘察方法存在的不足,更加精确地对隧道围岩信息及岩体应力分布特征进行探测,提出将非开挖管道建设的水平定向钻进技术(HDD horizontal directional drilling)用于隧道地质勘察的新方法,并给出采用HDD进行隧道地质勘察的详细技术方案,即先沿着隧道设计轴线钻1个水平定向钻勘察孔,并在孔内开展间断取心、水压致裂、综合测井和孔内电视等相关测试,利用测试结果对隧道设计轴线围岩的岩性变化、断裂破碎带分布范围以及隧道涌水情况进行精确判断。最后,将HDD用于天山胜利隧道地质勘察工程实例中,并在钻进长度为2 271 m的水平定向钻勘察孔内开展了取心、孔内电视等相关测试,验证了HDD用于隧道地质勘察的可行性及高效性。

Abstract: The horizontal directional drilling (HDD) method used in trenchless pipe excavation is employed in tunnel geological survey to overcome the shortcomings of traditional drilling survey methods and more accurately derive information and stress distribution characteristics of the rock mass from tunnel surrounding. Detailed technical solution derived from the HDD method can be summarized as follows: After boring a HDD survey hole along the tunnel′s design axis, intermittent coring and tests, such as hydraulic fracturing, comprehensive logging, and downhole television are performed, and the test results are used to accurately identify the lithological variation of surrounding rock along the tunnels design axis, the distribution range of fracture zone, and the water inrush condition in the tunnel. Furthermore, the HDD method is used to investigate the geology of the Tianshan Shengli tunnel. Finally, coring and boreholedownhole television are conducted in a 2 271 mlong HDD survey hole. The results confirm the feasibility and efficiency of employing HDD technology in tunnel geological surveys.
