隧道邻近建筑物影响分区研究及工程对策分析

Influence Zoning of Buildings Adjacent to Tunnel and Engineering Countermeasures

摘要: 为研究隧道建设对邻近建筑物的影响程度,基于强度折减法对强度折减系数与隧道渐进破坏模式进行分析,并定义了近接分区的静态、动态指标。结合重庆千厮门隧道工程与建筑物的不同位置关系,建立数值计算正交试验,分别采用2.42.0的安全系数确定Ⅴ、Ⅳ级围岩隧道邻近高层建筑物的强、弱、无影响分区界线;结合数理统计方法,建立隧道邻近高层建筑物影响分区公式和椭圆形影响分区图。以千厮门隧道下穿华夏银行大楼为例,模拟计算得到的基础累计沉降值较监测值偏大15.6%,说明建立的隧道邻近建筑物影响分区图具有一定的适用性。

Abstract: To identify the influence degree of tunnel construction on adjacent buildings, the strength reduction coefficient and the progressive failure mode of the tunnel are analyzed based on the strength reduction method. The static and dynamic indexes of the adjacent zone are defined. Then, a numerical calculation orthogonal test is conducted based on the different positional relationships between the Chongqing Qiansimen tunnel and surrounding buildings. The safety factors of 2.4 and 2.0 are used to determine the boundary of strong, weak, and non-influencing zoning in Grades and rocks. Based on mathematical statistics, the zoning formula of the influence of high-rise buildings adjacent to the tunnel and the elliptical influence zoning map are established. Taking the Qiansimen tunnel passing through the Huaxia Bank Mansion as an example, the accumulated settlement of foundation obtained by simulation calculation is 15.6% larger than the monitored value, which shows that the established influence zoning map of the adjacent buildings of the tunnel has certain rationality.
