Folding Steel Arch Frame Applicable to Mechanized Construction of Tunnels and Its Key Techniques

摘要: 为提高隧道立拱质量和效率,解决人工立拱在隧道施工中存在的搭接部位不牢靠、错位以及劳动强度大等问题,基于新型多功能作业台车,结合装配式隧道及地下工程建造技术理念,设计一种适用于机械化装配的折叠式钢拱架。依托新乌鞘岭隧道进口段机械化装配施工,对折叠式钢拱架的装配性能进行现场试验并对其承载特性进行数值分析,结果表明: 1)折叠式钢拱架的装配性能可以满足隧道机械化装配的要求; 2)承载性能可以满足设计要求,且试验段隧道拱顶沉降为706 mm 3)提高了钢拱架安装质量和效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。最后,总结折叠式钢拱架立拱关键技术要点。

Abstract: A folding steel arch frame applicable to mechanized assembly is designed based on a new multifunctional working trolley and the construction technology of prefabricated tunnel and underground engineering to improve the quality and efficiency of tunnel arch erection, and to solve the problems of artificial arch erection in tunnel construction, such as weak connecting point, dislocation, and high labor intensity. Furthermore, a field test on the folding steel arch′s assembly performance and the numerical analysis of its bearing characteristics are conducted using the mechanized assembly construction of the entrance section of New Wushaoling tunnel as an example. The results show the following. (1) The assembly performance of the folding steel arch frame can satisfy the requirements of tunnel mechanized assembly. (2) The folding steel arch frames bearing capacity can satisfy the design requirements, and the tunnels crown settlement in the test section is 70.6 mm. (3) The use of folding steel arch frame can improve the installation quality and efficiency while reducing labor intensity. Finally, the folding steel arch frames key techiques are summarized.
