摘要:

为解决目前隧道移动测量系统在隧道断面及表观病害信息检测中数据失真及因其体积和质量过大导致难以实用化的问题,设计开发“工”字形移动三维扫描小车,主体结构采用碳纤维材料和折叠式设计,系统质量小于30 kg,可以通过2名作业人员空运携带快速转移到多个城市作业。研究结果表明: 1)该系统可以直接采集到轨道信息,为隧道结构参数的计算提供可靠的基准,计算成果和工程定义一致。2)该系统采集数据高效,通过与架站式三维激光扫描系统数据对比可知,结构点云数据误差在±3 mm之内,保证了数据的精确可靠。3)该系统适用于矿山法隧道和盾构隧道,具有良好的检测效果。

Abstract: To address the problems of data distortion in the current tunnel mobile measurement system in the detection of tunnel crosssection and apparent disease information and the difficulty in practicality due to the large volume and weight, an Ishaped mobile threedimensional scanning trolley is designed and developed. The main structure uses carbon fiber materials and a folding design to achieve a system weight of less than 30 kg, which can be quickly transferred to multiple cities by air transport by two operators. The results show that: (1) The system can directly collect the track information, providing a reliable benchmark for the calculation of tunnel structural parameters, and the calculation results are consistent with the engineering definition. (2) Through field engineering application, the data collection is efficient. Compared with the station data, the data results show that the structural point cloud data error is within ± 3 mm, ensuring the accuracy and availability of the data. (3) The system can be applied to both mined and shield tunnels with good detection effect.
