摘要:

结合已成功修建的沈阳地铁一期工程青年大街站施工,介绍洞桩法(PBA)暗挖三跨三联拱地铁车站二次衬砌扣拱施工中的模板架设及混凝土浇注等具体技术环节;同时,针对容易出现防水质量问题的扣拱与边墙反缝施工,进行经验介绍;最后,结合施工前的数值模拟及施工中的监控量测实测数据,对多跨地铁车站扣拱施工过程地表沉降特征进行分析,得出扣拱施工是PBA工法中的关键性工序。

Abstract:

The formwork installation and concrete casting for the arch lining construction of Qingniandajie station on line 1 of Shenyang Metro, which is a mined threespan station constructed by PBA method, is presented in the paper. At the same time, the sucessful construction experience in the waterproofing of the joint between the arch lining and the side wall are presented. Finally, the characteristics of the ground surface settlement occurring during the arch lining construction of the multispan Metro station are analyzed on basis of the simulation made before construction and the realtime monitoring data. The analysis results show that the installation of the arch lining is one of the key procedures of PBA method.
