Application of Piperoofing Method Associate with Chemical Grouting Method in Construction of Shallowoverburden Tunnel under Silt and Gravel Strata

摘要: 本文以一通过沉泥/砾石地层、覆盖不及隧道开挖宽度、地表存有迳流水路与水池的隧道施工案例,应用管幂工法配合化学灌浆进行先撑保护,抑低隧道开挖扰动,固结沉泥兼收阻水功效,有效达成开挖面保护,进而快速开挖、顺利支撑的成功经验,探讨沉泥/砾石层浅覆盖地层的隧道施工技术。

Abstract: Example of a tunneling case with overburden less than tunnel width and the stratum mainly composed of mixed silt and gravel materials, and a local surface runoff passing tunnel route and water ponds neighboring the tunnel as well, this manuscript presents the effects of forepoling method and associated with chemical grouting, such as diminishing on excavation disturb zone, reinforcing on mixed silt and gravel stratum and groundwater sealing up for the potential water inflow. The piperoofing method enhances short term stability of excavating face and thus the swift excavating and supporting task can be achieved. The tunneling behavior is also reviewed and addressed in detail.
