城市地铁双联拱暗挖隧道偏洞法施工技术

Construction Technology for “Subtunnel into Main Tunnel”:  Case Study on Urban Metro Doublearch Mined Tunnel

摘要: 以深圳地铁5号线西丽-大学城区间(以下简称“西大区间”)双联拱隧道偏洞法施工为例,介绍偏洞法的施工步序、施工方法、施工工艺,对施工中遇到的先行小偏洞开挖过程中地表沉降过大,隧道渗漏水较多、防水效果不理想,双联拱隧道衬砌方案的革新等问题进行了分析;并根据施工中的经验教训,阐述了处理措施,为类似工程施工提供借鉴和参考。 

Abstract: The construction procedure, construction method and construction technology of “subtunnel into main tunnel” method are presented, with the construction of doublearch mined tunnel constructed by “subtunnel into main tunnel” method of XiliDaxuecheng section on No. 5 line of Shenzhen Metro as an example. The problems occurred during the excavation, such as large ground settlement, much water leakage and bad watersealing effect and the improvement of the lining method, are analyzed. The treatments are proposed according to the experience. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
