城市地铁竖井非爆破开挖施工技术

Nonblasting Excavation Technology for Shaft Construction of Urban Metro

摘要:

针对在城市复杂环境条件下,无法采用爆破方式进行通风竖井施工的情况,以重庆轨道交通六号线一期工程红土地、黄泥滂通风竖井及横通道施工过程为例,就施工场地狭窄、施工环境复杂、施工难度较大等情况下,如何通过非爆破开挖确保施工安全及质量,并对提升架安装及使用、锯机切割及出渣、水磨钻配合岩石劈裂机开挖横通道等进行技术总结及优缺点分析,为今后类似施工提供参考。

Abstract:

Blasting excavation is not practical for ventilation shaft construction in complex urban condition. Thus, safely shaft excavation with high quality by nonblasting excavation technology, in narrow construction site and complex construction condition, is analyzed and introduced in this paper, based on the construction of Hongtudi and Huangnipang shaft and horizontal adit on No. 6 line (1st phase project) of Chongqing rail transit system. In addition, the construction technologies for installation of lift frame, shaft cutting by saw machine and muck discharging and horizontal adit excavation with hydromill and rock splitter are summarized in this paper and their merit and demerit are analyzed. This paper may provide references for similar projects construction in the future.
