超浅埋地铁出入口下穿既有砖房施工技术

摘要: 为了解决重庆地铁1号线歇台子车站1号出入口下穿既有2层砖房,且埋深较浅、施工难度大、工期紧张的难题,采用静态破碎开挖,尤其是结合大管棚施工、超前小导管支护、掌子面注浆、径向注浆、洞内跟踪注浆等技术的运用,成功解决了出入口隧道安全下穿地表2层砖房的技术难题,为该工程的关键技术所在。

Abstract: The No.1 entrance of Xietaizi station on Chongqing Metro line 1, crosses underneath existing twofloored building, is shallowcovered. The construction is with great difficulty and short construction scheme. Static blasting technology is used in excavation, and technologies such as large piperoof, advance small duct supporting, grouting at tunnel face, radial grouting and following grouting in tunnel are adopted. In the end, the construction has made a great success.
