浅埋隧道双护盾TBM洞内拆机技术研究与实践

InTunnel Disassembling Technique of DoubleShield Tunnel Boring Machine in Shallow Tunnel

摘要: 青岛地铁1号线青岛站附近无吊出井,双护盾TBM贯通后需进行洞内拆机且运输通过既有站后由轨排井吊出。为快捷高效拆解左、右线2TBM装备,设计TBM洞内模块化拆机总体方案,采用模块化技术进行左、右线TBM主机各部件及后配套台车等的拆解;采用拆机洞室底部铺设钢轨和平移托架技术,将右线TBM主机平移至左线拆机洞室进行拆解;拆解完毕运输通过既有站过程中采用铺设道枕、垫高运输等措施,避免主驱动与站台的干涉;采用合理吊装半径,实现轨排井部件顺利吊装。所有拆解部件运输通过既有站由轨排井吊出,避免了以往返回始发井吊出耗时较长且影响后续工序施工。

Abstract:  There are not machine hoisting shaft around Qingdao station of Qingdao metro line 1, accordingly, after disassembling of doubleshield tunnel boring machine(TBM), it should be hoisted through pilegroup support. To rapidly and efficiently disassemble the two TBMs, an overall modularized TBM disassembling scheme is designed to disassemble the main machines and support trolleys. The steel rails are laid in tunnel and the translational support frame technology is adopted to push the TBM from right line to the disassembling tunnel on the left line. After TBM assembling, the TBM components are transferred through the existing station after laying steel sleepers and blocking up transportation, so as to avoid the interference with platform. Reasonable hoisting radius is designed to realize successfully TBM hoisting through pilegroup support and save the time.
