复合式TBM推进液压系统的分析与系统仿真

摘要:

复合式TBM推进液压系统设计的优劣直接影响着复合式TBM掘进速度和工作效率。尤其是在软硬不均地层掘进中,如复合式TBM推进系统平稳,其推进力不会对刀盘刀具及主轴承产生突变负荷冲击,从而能够延长使用寿命,降低成本。本文针对复合式TBM推进液压系统的控制方式进行了深入分析,并采用PID参数优化进行MATLAB/CTRLLAB控制仿真,提高了此系统的优化设计速度,也给复合式TBM推进液压系统稳定性的评定提供了准确的依据。

Abstract:

The hydrothrust system design of composite TBM is critical for its excavation speed and efficiency. Especially for the TBM tunneling in heterogeneous ground, if the thrust system is stable, no sudden load impact will be imposed on cutterhead, cutters and main bearing by thrust force and the TBM will have a longer service life and lower excavation cost. In this paper, the control measures for the hydrothrust system of composite TBM are analyzed in depth, and MATLAB/CTRLLAB simulation is carried out via PID parameters optimization. The simulation not only improved the design optimization speed of hydrothrust system, but also provided precise data base for the stability analysis of hydrothrust system in composite TBM. 
