盾构刀具磨损规律及减耐磨措施研究现状分析

摘要:

为实现准确判断换刀时机,节约刀具成本,确保施工安全,结合国内外相关工程技术资料对盾构刀具磨损规律及减耐磨措施从刀盘刀具的地层适应性方面进行全面、深入的分析、总结,并在此基础上提出今后的研究重点: 1)刀具磨损预测、检测技术研究; 2)选择性主动换刀理论的研究; 3)刀具优化布置及减耐磨技术的系统性研究。

Abstract:

For the purpose of accurately judging cutter change time, saving cutter costs, ensuring safe construction, a comprehensive, indepth analysis and summary of shield cutter wear rules and cutter wear reducing and resistance measures is done from the aspect of the adaptability of cutterhead and cutter to ground conditions, based on related domestic and foreign engineering technical data. In addition, based on the above research results, some study objects are proposed as follows: cutter wears prediction and detection technology; the theory of selective and active cutter change; systematic research on optimized cutters arrangement and cutter wear reducing and resistance. 
