富水饱和粉细砂地层盾构穿越建筑物沉降控制技术

摘要:

土压平衡盾构在富水饱和粉细砂地层中施工,地面沉降难以控制。盾构穿越建筑物时若保护措施不到位,极易导致建筑物沉降、开裂或者倒塌等风险。针对南京地铁三号线盾构在长江漫滩区富水饱和粉细砂地层穿越天润城房屋及公交枢纽站沉降控制,分别在穿越前进行模拟推进及参数选定、穿越期间的参数分析及调整、穿越后的安全监测及评估等,通过对推进中采取的措施及参数总结分析,对粉细砂地层盾构推进及沉降控制提出建议及控制措施: 1)富水饱和粉细砂地层中进行盾构推进施工,及时有效地填充盾构开挖建筑间隙十分重要; 2)盾构推进过程中的推力、推进速度、刀盘转速、渣土改良效果等对地层影响大; 3)通过有效地控制措施,在过程中进行全面精细的分析、动态化的调整参数来指导施工,可有效地控制沉降、保护环境。

Abstract:

Ground settlement is hard to control during EPB shield tunneling in saturated fine sand. If the supporting measures for buildings, which are underpassed by shield, are not adequate, the buildings are easy to settlement, crack or collapses. Taking the settlement control for Tianruncheng commercial building and Tianruncheng bus station, which are located on No.3 line of Nanjing metro and underpassed by EPB shield in saturated fine sand of Yangtze River floodplain, as study object, experimental driving and parameter election before shield tunneling, tunneling parameters analysis and adjustment during shield driving and buildings monitoring and evaluation after shield driving are presented in this paper. In light of the analysis of measures and parameters used in shield driving under buildings, some suggestions are proposed for shield driving in fine sand and settlement control, including immediately filling clearance between surrounding rock and segments during shield driving in saturated fine sand; thrust, advance speed, rotation speed of cutterhead and muck conditioning during tunneling is vital for stratum stability; efficiently settlement control and environmental protection can be achieved, via efficient settlement control measures and comprehensive and careful analysis and dynamic parameters adjustment during shield driving. 
