既有隧道破除改造沉降变形的施工风险控制研究

摘要:

以哈尔滨市轨道交通一号线六标段工程为依托,区间全长1 500 m为既有隧道改造工程,原有隧道年代较久,地表为市中心主干道,动载大,周围建筑环境复杂,施工采用单侧扩挖、局部双侧扩挖。主要分析沉降变形发生的本质,并从人机环境系统的角度分析这种复杂环境下隧道沉降变形的影响因素及其相应的控制措施,详细分析沉降变形的控制目标及流程,并着重介绍控制措施的制定、实施、效果检查,为以后类似的地铁改造施工提供参考。

Abstract:

The No. 6 bid section of Harbin railway transit No. 1 line is a tunnel rehabilitation project with 1 500 m length. The surrounding environment of the existing tunnel is complicated. Single side enlarging and local double side enlarging method is adopted. In the paper, the settlement essence is analyzed. The influencing factors and countermeasure of settlement are analyzed in term of humanmachineenvironment system. The settlement control target and process are analyzed. The determination, carrying out and effect estimation of settlement control technologies are analyzed emphatically. The paper can provide references for similar projects in the future.
