不同病害情况下盾构隧道环向刚度的计算方法

Calculation Methods of Segment Ring Rigidity of Shieldbored Tunnels with Different Diseases

摘要:

为研究盾构管片环向刚度分布问题,针对盾构隧道产生的各类病害和实际的接头位置,建立各类病害发生后的管片结构环向刚度模型。计算结果表明: 1)管片环向刚度模型的理论计算结果与管片的实际刚度分布情况相符,具有较高的精度。 2)刚度计算模型能真实准确地揭示出管片结构环向变刚度的分布情况,所建立的刚度分布模型是正确与合理的。刚度模型的建立有利于后期研究盾构隧道病害发生后的盾构管片各截面内力重新分布问题,为后续研究奠定基础。

Abstract:

A rigidity model for the segment rings of shieldbored tunnels is established on basis of different diseases and different segment joint positions of the shieldbored tunnels, so as to study the segment ring rigidity of the shieldbored tunnels. Calculation results show that: 1) The theoretical results coincide with the actual rigidity distribution of the segment rings and have high accuracy; 2) The rigidity model can exactly reveal the rigidity distribution of the segment rings, the segment ring rigidity model established is proper and rational, and the establishment of the segment ring rigidity model is helpful to future researches on the redistribution of the internal force of segment rings after disease occurs to the shieldbored tunnels and it has laid a good foundation for followup studies.
