意大利Sparvo隧道超大断面盾构施工关键技术

Key Construction Technologies Used for the Large Crosssection Shieldbored Tunnel: A Case Study on Sparvo Tunnel in Italy

摘要:

意大利Sparvo隧道采用直径为1555 m、开挖断面达到15615 m的土压平衡盾构进行掘进施工,是当时世界上最大直径的盾构法隧道工程之一,其施工风险高、技术难度大为业界所公认。扼要介绍意大利Sparvo隧道工程所采用的一些关键技术: 1)盾构装备的选型; 2)衬砌管片的设计与生产,包括混凝土配合比设计、配筋设计与调整、管片接头、管片止水带以及管片预制厂情况; 3)超大断面盾构隧道掘进施工关键技术,包括土体改良、易燃易爆混合气体的对策和盾构原地掉头。这些技术较好地解决了该隧道施工中出现的诸多难题,可为今后同类工程提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:

Sparvo tunnel in Italy, which is bored by an EPB shield with a diameter of 15.55 m and an excavation crosssection diameter of 15.615 m, is one of the largest shieldbored tunnels in the world in terms of diameter. Therefore, there are great risks and technical difficulties in the construction of the tunnel. The following key technologies adopted for the tunnel are presented in the paper: 1) Shield type selection; 2) Design and fabrication of the lining segments, including the concrete mixing proportion, the design and modification of rebar arrangement, the segment joints, the waterstop tie, and the precast of the segments; 3) Key shield tunneling technology, including soil conditioning technology, solutions for flammable mixed air, and “U” turn of shield machine. For the sake of the technologies mentioned, good tunneling result has been achieved. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
