双边控制法在地铁调坡设计中的应用研究

摘要:

在线路调线调坡阶段,由于缺乏简单实用的软件,设计人员主要依靠手工计算的方式进行线路调坡设计,但该方法会影响地铁设计质量和工程进度。针对此问题提出双边控制法,结合测量、地铁限界和桥梁资料,系统地介绍了地铁高架线、隧道线的双边控制线的确定方案,并将地铁线路设计软件应用到地铁调坡设计中,实现了地铁调坡设计自动化、可视化,进一步提高了工作效率。该方法已成功应用于南京地铁机场线调坡设计中,也可为类似工程线路调坡设计提供参考。

Abstract:

The Metro design quality and the construction schedule would be affected due to the lack of simple and practical software on finetuning design of the line slope of Metro works. As a result, double side control method is proposed. The determination of the double side control lines of the elevated bridges and tunnels of Metro works is systematically presented on basis of the survey data, the Metro demarcation data and the bridge data. The Metro line design software is applied in the finetuning of the line slope of Metro works, which achieves automatic and visual finetuning design of line slope of Metro works and improves the working efficiency. The method has been successfully used in the finetuning design of the slope of the airport line of Nanjing Metro. The paper can provide reference for the finetuning design of similar works in the future.
