摘要：

近年来，公共工程结构物设施维护管理思维已逐渐从着重于施工进而延伸至营运阶段的全生命周期质量及风险控管，而台湾高速公路路网目前已大致完成并逐渐进入维护高峰期，因此，为有效执行隧道维护管理工作，以确保隧道营运功能的正常运作及安全，国道高速公路局特委托开发一套能符合隧道全生命周期，并可提升维护管理效率及决策质量的“国道隧道维护管理系统”。以国道5号所辖隧道的设计、施工数据及营运阶段的检（监）测与维修数据等为目的，除利于相关数据的建置、保存及查询功能外，可为后续新检（监）测技术及维护管理策略调整及研究提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the maintenance and rehabilitation of existing tunnels on freeway, Taiwan Area National Freeway Bureau develops a Tunnel Maintenance and Management System (TMMSTANFB). The system has to fulfill with the thinking of tunnel life cycle and building a database integrated with tunnel construction data, safety inspection data and maintenance data. The system is based on the data of the design, construction, maintenance and monitoring of the tunnels on No. 5 freeway in Taiwan. The system is not only helpful for the establishing, storage and look up of the abovementioned data, but also can be used for the followup research of the maintenance strategies. In this paper, the system and its subsystems for the overall planning framework, function and application mode are described. 
