考虑水影响的关角隧道断层区围岩亚分级研究

SubClassification of Surrounding Rock ofGuanjiao Tunnel Considering Influence of Water

摘要:

在断裂构造发育区段围岩情况变化频繁,如何根据现场揭露的围岩情况采取相应的支护措施防止坍塌和大变形是这类区段施工的难点。以关角隧道断层区隧道施工为研究对象,对有水和无水条件下的支护结构受力进行了计算。计算结果表明围岩越差,在有水和无水时,衬砌内力相差越大,即恶化越严重。结合该工区围岩特征、受断层影响情况和地下水发育情况将关角隧道断层区围岩等级划分为Ⅳ1、Ⅳ2、Ⅴ1、Ⅴ2级,提出了相应的现场定性判别标准。为了应对断层区围岩可能发生坍塌、大变形,同时应对的工法转换带来的设备、工序变化,加快断层破碎带区段的施工进度,结合断层区围岩亚分级提出对应的开挖方法为上下台阶和上下台阶预留核心土法。

Abstract:

Surrounding rock conditions change frequently in the fault zone, rational supporting methods for preventing collapse and large deformation according to surrounding rocks are construction key. The internal force of support structure of tunnel located in fault zone of Guanjiao tunnel is calculated. The calculation results show that tunneling in water and anhydrous conditions, the lower the grade of surrounding rock is, the bigger the difference of internal force of support structure is. The surrounding rock of fault zone of Guanjiao tunnel is summarized as Grade Ⅳ1, Grade Ⅳ2, Grade Ⅴ1 and Grade Ⅴ2, and related insitu surrounding rock deciding standard is proposed, on basis of characteristics of surrounding rock, influencing level of fault zone and water condition. The construction method of bench excavation and bench excavation with core soil are adopted after consideration.
