基于正交试验、FAHP-价值工程法的基坑工程回灌参数优选

摘要: 为使基坑工程地下水回灌施工在不失功能性的前提下兼顾经济性,提出正交试验、FAHP-价值工程法对回灌参数进行优选。依托济南地铁R2线开源路站基坑工程,首先,选取4个需着重研究的回灌参数,利用正交试验对4个回灌参数在5个水平下进行组合,得到不同回灌施工工况,并在建立的有限元模型上对30个工况进行数值模拟; 然后,采用FAHP-价值工程法对模拟结果进行处理,价值量越大说明基坑回灌施工的性价比越高,通过比选价值量得到最优回灌参数组合。研究结果表明: 1)在济南富水承压地区的基坑工程地下水回灌施工中,当回灌深度为-10 m、回灌距离为12 m、回灌井间距为10 m、回灌压力为10 kPa时价值量最大; 2)采用正交试验、FAHP-价值工程法设计的回灌方案可以在牺牲较小回灌效果的情况下大幅度降低成本,兼顾功能性与经济性。

Abstract: The optimization of recharge parameters based on an orthogonal test and fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP)value engineering method is proposed to guarantee the functionality and economy of groundwater recharge of foundation pit. Four typical recharge parameters of the foundation pit project of the Kaiyuan Road station of the Jinan metro line R2 are selected to conduct the orthogonal test under five levels, and different recharge construction conditions are obtained. Then the numerical simulation is conducted for 30 conditions in an established finite element model, and the simulated results are processed using the FAHPvalue engineering method. The greater the magnitude of value, the higher the costperformance of the recharge scheme for the foundation pit project. Furthermore, the optimal combination of recharge parameters can be obtained by comparing the value magnitudes. The results demonstrate the following: (1) For the groundwater recharging of the foundation pit in a waterrich confined area of Jinan, China, the value reaches the maximum when the recharge depth is -10 m, the distance is 12 m, the recharge well spacing is 10 m, and the pressure is 10 kPa. (2) The recharge scheme designed utilizing the orthogonal test and FAHPvalue engineering method dramatically reduces cost with a small sacrifice on the recharge effect and considers both functionality and economy.
