摘要:
为解决云南地区灰岩隧道溶蚀破碎严重,开挖爆破超挖、补炮次数较多,爆破后粉尘体积质量较大,洞内空气质量不佳,影响作业人员身体健康等难题,在隧道开挖掘进施工中引入水压爆破,在炮眼一定位置处注入一定量的水,炮孔采用特制炮泥进行堵塞。通过工程实践总结,调整光面爆破钻爆参数,得到最佳爆破效果,有效地降低了粉尘体积质量,改善了洞内空气质量,提高了光爆效果和开挖循环进尺,相较于常规爆破有较大的优势。

Abstract:
Tunnels located in limestone area in Yunnan province are subject to serious corrosions. In the excavation of these tunnels, problems, such as serious overbreak, multiple secondary blastings, serious dust after blasting and poor air quality in tunnel, may occur. Therefore, hydraulic blasting, which includes the injection of some water into the blast holes and stemming the blast holes with special materials, is adopted in the excavation of Laogeshan tunnel located in limestone in Yunnan province. During the tunnel excavation, the parameters of the hydraulic smooth blasting are optimized. In the end, optimum blasting effect has been achieved, the content of dust has been minimized, the air quality in the tunnel has been improved and the excavation rate has been enhanced. Compared to the conventional blasting methods, the hydraulic blasting method described has obvious advantages.
