Study on Microvibration Blasting Technology for Shallow  Tunnels Crossing Underneath Existing Buildings in Urban Area

摘要:

城市浅埋隧道下穿建筑物时,如何在不影响地表建筑物安全的前提下保证良好的掘进效率,控制爆破振动是关键。现以青岛地铁一期工程(3号线)下穿如家快捷酒店为背景,通过设计合理的掏槽型式、装药结构和爆破参数,成功地将地表振动速度控制在2.0 cm/s以内; 结合毫秒爆破和孔外延期技术对爆破网路进行优化,将单个掘进循环的爆破次数从5次降低至2次,使爆破时间节省了1/3,取得了良好的经济与社会效益。

Abstract:

When shallow tunneling is carried out underneath existing surface buildings in urban area, the effective control of the blasting vibration plays an important role in ensuring good tunneling efficiency on the premise of having no adverse effect on the existing surface buildings. With a running tunnel of the first phase project (Line 3) of Qingdao Metro crossing underneath a Home Inn as background, rational cut hole types, charging structures and blasting parameters are designed, which brings the vibration velocity of the ground surface under 2.0 cm/s; the blasting network is optimized on basis of millisecond blasting technology and outer hole delaying technology, which reduces the blasting number of an individual driving cycle from 5 times to 2 times and shortens the blasting time by one third. In this way, the blasting technology has achieved good economic and social significance.
