摘要:

为解决在不影响既有桩基建筑物安全的情况下保证盾构法隧道正常施工的问题,在消化吸收国内外盾构下穿建筑物和切削桩基技术的基础上,以深圳地铁9号线大剧院—鹿丹村区间工程为例,根据地层及既有建筑物情况,对现有盾构下穿方案进行改进。首先理论分析验证方案可行性,然后确定具体施工措施,并在实施中严格控制施工质量。总结了盾构法施工下穿桩基建筑群的施工技术: 1)提前加固下穿区土体; 2)设置盾构推进试验段; 3)盾构改造; 4)地面二次注浆。施工措施有效地保证了盾构的顺利下穿,确保了既有建筑物的安全。

Abstract:

In this paper, the technologies for shield boring underneath existing buildings from Grand Theater station to Ludan Village station of Shenzhen Metro is determined on basis of studying on relative technologies in China and abroad, so as to guarantee safe shield boring and avoid adverse impact on the existing pile foundations. The practicability of the construction technologies is theoretically analyzed, and the details of the construction technologies are determined. The construction technologies, including ground consolidation, trial boring, shield modification and ground surface secondary grouting, are summarized. In the end, the shield has crossed underneath the buildings successfully, and the safety of the buildings has been guaranteed.
