摘要:
施工栈桥一般采用手工计算法进行设计。手工计算法在设计验算过程中,一般以各个构件逐一验算合格为设计标准,对于各构件组合后的整体栈桥受力验算分析较少。为了使钢栈桥整体结构设计合理,以红土山隧道仰拱所需栈桥设计为例,引入MIDAS Civil有限元软件对结构整体设计验算,通过对计算模型构件的不断调整计算,最终设计制造出红土山隧道施工栈桥,并在后续现场验收中验证了栈桥整体设计的合理性。

Abstract:
The construction trestle is generally designed by using manual calculation method. The design standard of the manual calculation method depends on checking qualifying of each component. The calculation of and analysis on integral forcing of trestle are limited. In this paper, the MIDAS Civil finite element software is brought in, so as to rationalize the steel trestle structure design of invert construction of Hongtashan Tunnel. After many times of adjustment and calculation, a feasible construction trestle is designed and established, and it is proved to be rational.
