摘要:
双护盾TBM在均质硬岩中具有掘进速度快,开挖和支护同步进行等特点,但遇到软弱围岩和断层破碎带时极易出现卡机现象。以陕西省引红济石调水工程为例,为解决施工过程中出现的卡刀盘问题,介绍TBM设备主驱动系统工作状况,对性能参数进行分析验证,提出性能提升改进方案,改进后TBM对地层的适应性大幅提高,未再出现卡刀盘现象。该改进案例可为今后TBM设备表现出对地层不适应而进行设备再改进提供借鉴经验。

Abstract:
Doubleshield TBM has lots of advantageous when boring in homogeneous hard rocks. Jamming will often occur to TBM when boring in soft and weak rocks and fault and fracture zone. In this paper, the working situation of main drive of TBM is presented, the parameters of main drive performance is analyzed and tested, and the improvement scheme of performance of main drive of the TBM is proposed. The adaptability of the TBM is greatly improved, and TBM jamming problem is solved. The paper can provide reference for TBM remanufacturing in the future.
