摘要:
为解决湿喷机械手作业过程中堵管故障、控制产品质量和降低后续产品堵管故障率等问题,通过分析混凝土喷射过程中动力传递和物料输送的整个流程,指出对该问题进行改善的多个关键点,提出产品的改善措施和检验标准。
关键词: 湿喷机, 堵管, 故障率, 理论模型
Abstract:
The pipe blockage often occurs in wet shotcrete machine operation. In order to control the shotcrete quality and reduce pipe blockage rate, the process of power transmission and material transportation in concrete spraying process is analyzed; and then some key improving points are pointed out; finally, countermeasures and specific checking standards are proposed.
