盾构分体始发施工技术在核电厂取水工程中的应用

Application of Separated Launching of Shield to Nuclear Power Plant Water Diversion Project

摘要:

核电厂取水隧洞紧邻常规岛及泵房结构,施工场地有限,无法进行盾构整体始发。通过对盾构台车管线改造及延长、出渣皮带口前移、电瓶车短编组等方法,在盾构1#和2#台车之间进行分离,实现盾构分体始发,待掘进出盾构整体长度后进行正常掘进。盾构分体始发技术在电厂取排水隧洞建设中的应用可以解决电厂多厂房结构同时建造时场地狭小的问题,可在今后的电力取排水工程中推广应用。

Abstract:

The nuclear power plant water diversion tunnel is adjacent to conventional island and pump room structure, and the construction site is limited. As a result, the shield can not be integrally launched. The separated launching of shield is realized by rehabilitation of pipeline of shield trolley, mucking belt and battery car marshalling. The success of application of separated launching of shield to nuclear power plant water diversion project shows that the abovementioned technology is feasible for limited space and is worth popularizing.
