隧道施工红外探水干扰分析与预防研究

Analysis of Interference during Infrared Water Detecting in Tunnel and Corresponding Prevention Technologies

摘要:

隧道红外探水预报受多种因素的干扰,其准确性往往受到影响。通过红外探水的原理分析,对广大铁路扩能改造工程祥和隧道进口段进行现场试验,针对每一项影响因素做详细的试验测试,分析发现灯源、初喷混凝土对红外探测造成的影响最大,产生干扰的根本原因是干扰源产生的热量改变了原来的环境温度,并探讨了减小干扰的主要方法: 1)探测时选择干扰源最少的时间段; 2)若干扰无法避免,可按最高温度为标志点建立干扰温度场,即可明显排除干扰产生的影响; 3)探测时应保持在隧道中轴线上,保持接收孔与每一条测线各测点夹角相同。通过以上方法,可以有效提高隧道红外探水的准确性。

Abstract:

There are many interfering factors in infrared water detecting in tunnel, hence the detecting accuracy would be affected. The mechanism of infrared water detecting used in site test of entrance section of Xianghe Tunnel is analyzed. It is revealed that lamp and the shotcrete have significant impact on infrared water detecting results; the primary cause of the interference to infrared water detecting lies on environment temperature variation induced by the heat generated by interference sources. The main methods to prevention interference, i.e. carrying out detecting work with minimum interference source, interference temperature field establishment and detecting right along tunnel axial line and some angle between receiving hole and detecting lines, are discussed.
