基于地震波反射法的盾构施工超前地质预报初探

Preliminary Study of Advanced Geological Prediction Based on Seismic  Reflection Method for Shield Tunneling

摘要:

由于北京地铁八号线三期工程六营门站—五福堂站盾构段区间特殊的工程环境及工艺,使得传统的预报方法难以开展实施。以盾构刀盘切削震动为震源,以地震波反射法为原理进行地震波相位特性和振幅特性的解析,提出了基于地震波反射法的盾构施工超前地质预报方法,并进行超前预报及跟踪对比工作。现场试验表明: 基于地震波反射法的盾构施工超前地质预报系统布设简单、操作方便,且不影响作业面推进; 基于地震波反射法的盾构施工超前地质预报系统能较好地反映地下介质体的形状与轮廓,图像判译结果基本与地质资料吻合,与开挖跟踪结果一致。

Abstract:

Due to the special engineering environment and construction technology of Liuyingmen StationWufutang Station shield section of Phase 3 of Beijing Metro Line No. 8, the conventional geological prediction method is hard to be carried out. The characteristics of phase position and vibration amplitude of seismic wave are analyzed by regarding the cutting vibration of shield cutterhead as vibration source and seismic reflection method as principle; the advanced geological prediction method based on seismic reflection method for shield tunneling is proposed; and then the advanced geological prediction and relevant tracking work are carried out. The field test shows that: 1) The abovementioned geological prediction method is easy in layout and convenient in operation and does not affect shield advancing. 2) The shapes and contours of underground bodies can be well reflected by the abovementioned geological prediction method, and the interpretation of the prediction results coincides with the actual data.
