摘要:
为解决盾构管片预埋槽道不可更换及全环预埋等问题,以兰州地铁2号线1期工程为例,通过理论研究和现场试验,对盾构管片外嵌式槽道技术进行研究,主要从其可行性和安全性等方面展开。研究指出: 外嵌式槽道技术不仅能满足机电设备安装的各项要求,且安装方法简单易行,在隧道内可更换和分段安装,比全环预埋槽道技术可节省成本约40%;外嵌式槽道技术不仅适合地铁或高铁盾构隧道,也适合暗挖隧道和城市综合管廊隧道,通用性强,推广意义大。

Abstract:
The preembedded chute for shield segment cannot be replaced resulting from fullring embedding. Hence, the technology of chute embedded outside shield segment is studied by theoretical analysis and site experiment from the aspects of feasibility and safety, by taking Phase 1 of Lanzhou Metro Line No. 2 for example. It is concluded that: (1) The technology of chute embedded outside shield segment can meet relevant requirements; it is replaceable and easy to install; and by doing which 40% cost can be reduced. (2) The technology mentioned above is feasible for metro shield tunnel, highspeed railway shield tunnel, mined tunnel and urban utility tunnels; and it is worth popularizing.
