在泥质粉砂岩地层中采用双轮铣快速成槽施工技术

Rapid Grooving Technology of Doublewheel Trench  Cutter Used in Argillaceous Siltstone Stratum

摘要:

为提高南昌地区泥质粉砂岩地层中地下连续墙成槽工效,以南昌轨道交通3号线六眼井车站地下连续墙施工为例,通过研究泥质粉砂岩岩性参数,调研双轮铣槽机设备性能,结合实际工况,对设备与配套进行选型与优化,并对成槽工艺进行创新与改进,通过对1期和2期的施工效果进行分析,得出以下结论: 1)复合地层中适宜采用“抓铣”结合快速施工工艺; 2)在较厚的泥质粉砂岩地层中成槽,锥齿型刀盘比标准平齿刀盘效果更好; 3)在泥质粉砂岩地层中,离心式泥水分离系统较振动滤砂机拥有更好的泥水分离效果,可有效提高成槽概率; 4)形成适应南昌地区泥质粉砂岩地层的地下连续墙双轮铣槽机快速成槽施工技术,可以在南昌地区推广应用,也可为类似地层和工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The grooving efficiency of underground diaphragm wall of Liuyanjing Station on Nanchang Metro Line No. 3 in argillaceous siltstone stratum is low, hence, it should be improved. The lithology of argillaceous siltstone is studied, the performance of doublewheel trench cutter is investigated, the equipment and supporting are selected and improved, and innovations and optimizations are carried out for grooving technology. The study results show that: (1) The grapping and cutting technology is suitable for composited strata. (2) The grooving effect of conical tooth type cutterhead is superior to that of standard plane tooth type one in thick argillaceous siltstone stratum. (3) The waterslurry separation effect of centrifugal waterslurry separation system is superior to that of vibration sand filter, and the centrifugal waterslurry separation system can effectively improve the grooving efficiency. (4) A series of grooving technologis of doublewheel trench cutter used in argillaceous siltstone stratum in Nanchang are obtained, which are worth popularizing in Nanchang area and can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
