永临一体装配式地下连续墙模型施工试验研究

Experimental Study on Construction of a Permanent and Temporary Integrated Prefabricated Underground Diaphragm Wall Model

摘要: 为确保永临一体装配式地下连续墙正式施工的质量及安全,开展装配式地下连续墙模型构件试验,总结拼装工艺及幅间接缝注浆工艺,解决细长型、大吨位装配式地下连续墙构件施工控制要求高的难题。采用单CT、双CT件作为地下连续墙模型构件接缝连接结构,开展现场试验;通过试拼装试验检验构件接缝结构加工质量,总结拼装控制措施;通过地下连续墙模型安装试验,验证不同接头组合形式、U形条囊构造、CT连接件构造、C件填充料、混凝土成型质量等因素对构件拼装的影响;开展幅间接缝注浆工艺试验,根据构件注浆时长、消耗量、不同深度切缝接缝错开量等关键参数,分析地聚物与高强水泥基特种注浆料的注浆效果。试验结果表明: 1)单CT件较双CT件更易拼装; 2)采用地聚物进行CT件注浆,在满足注浆效果的同时,能减少注浆材料的消耗并提高注浆效率。

Abstract: To ensure the quality and safety of the formal construction of the permanent and temporary integrated prefabricated underground diaphragm wall, tests are conducted on the model components of the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall, and the assembly process and the grouting process of the inter-width joints are summarized, addressing the construction control issues of the fine-length and large-tonnage prefabricated underground diaphragm wall components. Single CT and double CT components are used as the joint structure of the model members of the underground diaphragm wall, field tests are carried out to check the processing quality of the joint structure of the members, and the assembly control measures are summarized. Through the installation test of the underground diaphragm wall model, the influence of different joint combination forms, U-shaped strip bag structure, CT connection structure, C filling material, and concrete forming quality on the component assembly is examined. The grouting effect of geopolymer and high-strength cement-based special grouting materials is analyzed according to the key parameters such as grouting time, consumption, and amount of staggered joints at different depths. The results show that: (1) Single CT component is easier to assemble than double CT component. (2) The use of geopolymer for CT grouting can satisfy the grouting effect while reducing consumption of grouting materials and improving the grouting efficiency.
