近水平冻结孔光纤陀螺测斜技术应用研究

Application of Inclinometer Technology of Fiber Optic Gyroscope with Near-Horizontal Freezing Hole

摘要: : 为解决近水平冻结孔难以测斜的难题,从水平光纤陀螺测斜仪的原理入手,对顶角及方位角的测量原理进行分析,对比分析 冻结垂直孔与水平孔中方位角测量误差对测斜精度的影响,通过现场实测提出预先下放塑料管及铰接连接的陀螺下放方式。 通过 研究得出: 水平光纤陀螺测斜仪采用重力加速度计测量顶角的方法可靠,与灯光测斜法相比,钻孔轨迹垂直方向最大测量误差在 30 mm以内; 采用预先下塑料套管法进行测斜的方式可以有效克服冻结管内接箍对水平光纤陀螺测斜仪造成的姿态不稳定性,与 灯光测斜法相比,水平方向测量误差可以控制在200 mm以内,形成了一套水平冻结孔光纤陀螺测斜系统及现场实施方法,解决了 水平冻结孔测斜的一大难题,为市政、隧道水平冻结施工提供了可靠的保障。

Abstract: The inclination cannot be easily measured by the near-horizontal freezing hole. As a result, the principle of horizontal fiber optic gyroscope inclinometer and the measuring principle of top angle and azimuth angle are analyzed, comparison is made between freezing vertical hole and horizontal hole in terms of influence of measurement error of azimuth angle on measuring precision; and the method of pre-lowering plastic pipe and hinged connected top is put forward through field measurement. The results show that: (1) The top angle measuring method of gravitational acceleration in horizontal fiber optic gyroscope inclinometer is reliable; compared to lighting inclination method, the maximum measuring error along vertical direction of the borehole trajectory is less than 30 mm. (2) The attitude instability of the horizontal fiber optic gyroscope inclinometer caused by the coupling in the frozen tube can be effectively overcome by using the pre-lowered plastic casing method. (3) Compared to lighting inclination method, the error of horizontal orientation measurement can be controlled within 200 mm. A set of fiber optic gyroscope inclinometer system with horizontal freezing hole and its field implementation method are formed, which solves the inclination measuring problem of horizontal freezing hole and provides a reliable guarantee for municipal and tunnel horizontal freezing construction.
