摘要:

目前,复合式衬砌隧道漏水仍然是国内外地下工程面临的主要挑战之一,如果设计方案和参数选择不当,将导致隧道防排水体系失效、排水设施堵塞、混凝土开裂和渗漏、底板翻浆冒泥等问题,也会导致运营期整治维修费大量增加。为了防止和减少隧道渗漏水病害,本文分析了复合式衬砌隧道防排水的现状和存在问题,研究了隧道排水量和水压力控制值分级、上下分离的防排水体系、围岩防水能力、防水层和二次衬砌混凝土整体防水效果检验评价等方面的问题,对防排水系统设计和参数选择提出了一些建议,可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract: At present ,the water leakage of composte linning tunnel is still one of the major challenges in underground at home and abroad, if designing scheme and parameters of tunnel is not reasonably choosen, it will bring many problems such as waterproofing system malfunction ,drainage system blocked , concrete cracking and water leakage and subgrade mud pumping, it also leads to massive increase in remidition and maintenance costs during operation period.In order to prevent and reduce water leakage diseases of tunnel ,the paper mainly analyses its current situation and exsiting problems of waterproofing and drainage of composte linning tunnel,and studies classification of allowable value of water drainage and water pressure of tunnel ,the separation of up and down waterproofing and drainage systemwaterproofing capacity of surrounding rockthe inspection and evaluation methods for overall waterproofing effect of soft waterproofing layer and concreteIn the end the suggests for the system design and parameters selection of waterproofing and water drainage of composite linning tunnel are provided ,it could provide references for similar projects .
