软土地区复杂环境下带联络线地铁车站深基坑支护方案研究

Support Scheme for Deep Foundation Pit of Metro Station with Connection Gallery in Soft Soil

摘要: 为研究软土地区异形基坑圆形支撑和边桁架支撑的适用性及软土地区深基坑长时间暴露导致大变形情况的安全控制方法,以某软土地区复杂环境下带联络线地铁车站深基坑支护方案为例,先对本工程的深基坑支撑体系方案进行研究,综合对比异形基坑圆形支撑支护的弊端,同时通过数值模拟并结合现场监测数据分析。主要结论如下: 1)对软土地区复杂环境下的大型基坑,在基坑形状不规则的情况下,基坑采用圆形支撑体系,使圆环无法均匀受力的情况下,尽量避免采用圆形支撑。2)软土地区基坑开挖,在实施过程中,应做好工程筹划,确保基坑出土效率,从而有效减少基坑变形。3)若出土条件受限,可在设计阶段增加基坑内加固措施,提高基坑内土体抗变形能力;也可在开挖过程中采用盆式开挖等方式,减少基坑因暴露时间过长导致的较大变形。

Abstract: To explore the applicability of circular support and side truss support for specialshaped foundation pit in soft soil area and the safety control method for the large deformation, a study is conducted on the support scheme for a deep foundation pit of a metro station with connection gallery under complex environmental conditions. First, the support system for the foundation pit is studied. Second, the disadvantages of circular support for specialshaped foundation pit are compared. Finally, the numerical simulation and field monitoring results are analyzed. Conclusions are drawn as follows: (1) Due to the uneven stress of circular support, the circular support system should be avoided when the shape of foundation pit is irregular under complex environmental conditions in soft soil. (2) The project should be well planned and prepared in advance to reduce large deformation of foundation pit. (3) The internal support should be added in design phase of foundation pit when the excavation condition is limited, so as to improve the antideformation capacity of foundation pit. The basin excavation mode can be adopted to reduce the large deformation of foundation pit.
