土压平衡盾构土舱可视化系统的设计与改进

Design and Improvement of Visualization System of Soil Chamber for Earth Pressure Balance Shield

摘要: 为提前防治和处理土压平衡盾构施工中刀盘结泥饼情况,减少人工带压进舱清理泥饼产生的一系列施工风险,减少盾构停机带来的经济损失,结合摄像技术、PLC可编程控制技术、机械结构设计和液压原理,自主设计了一款土舱可视化系统,通过工厂和现场试验,发现土舱内的水土压力、泥沙及黑暗环境等不利因素导致该系统无法使用,通过针对性设计与改进,提升了该系统的防水土压力、防泥沙覆盖及散热等性能,能更好地适应土舱内的恶劣环境。

Abstract: Mud cake often occurs to earth pressure balance during tunneling. To reduce the mud cake cleaning risk in soil chamber and economic loss caused by shied stop, a visualization system of soil chamber based on camera shooting technology, programmable logic controller control technology, mechanical structure design, and hydraulic principle is designed and developed. The factory and field experiments show the malfunction of the system developed is mainly caused by water and soil pressure, mud, and dark environment. Accordingly, targeted designs and improvements have been conducted to improve the workability of the system, realizing good applicability of the system in severe environment.
