长大隧道施工期绿色生态环保技术措施与管理实践

Green Ecological and Environmental Protection Technologies and Management Practices During Construction Period of Long Tunnels

摘要: 为切实做好青藏高原、高海拔地区修建长大隧道过程中的生态环境保护工作,基于绿色低碳发展背景,结合长大隧道工程项目绿色生态环保技术应用,从隧道绿色施工主要涉及的绿色建造、弃渣资源化利用、生产生活废水处理、节材节地、节能排放等方面,对施工期项目环水保标准化建设措施效果进行评价分析。结果表明: 1)结合长大隧道的施工流程和特点,应充分贯彻“尊重自然、顺应自然、保护生态”的思想; 进一步深化隧道洞口工程早进晚出理念、高度机械化施工理念、隧道清污分流理念。2)按照“减量化、资源化、集约化”的原则,通过隧道弃渣资源化综合利用,节约用地、减少对周边环境的影响。3)持续强化参建人员树牢绿色低碳、节能减排的环保意识,加强施工期各项环水保措施的实施,最大限度降低工程施工对周边生态环境的影响。

Abstract: Effective ecological environment protection is crucial for constructing long tunnels in the Qinghai-Xizang plateau and high-altitude areas. Based on strategy of green and low-carbon development, the authors evaluate and analyze the application effect of green ecological environmental protection technology in long tunnels from the aspects of tunnel green construction, waste resource utilization, wastewater treatment, material and land conservation, energy-saving and emission reduction. The results indicate the following: (1) Based on the construction process and characteristics of long tunnels, the idea of "respecting nature, conforming to nature, and protecting ecology" should be fully implemented; the concepts of early entry and late exit of tunnel entrance engineering, highly mechanized construction, and separation of clean and dirty water in tunnels should be further deepened. (2) Based on the principles of "work reduction, resource utilization, and intensification", the comprehensive utilization of tunnel waste resources saves the land occupied and reduces the impact on the surrounding environment. (3) The green, low-carbon, energy-saving and emission reduction strategy should be strengthened, and various environmental and water conservation measures during construction period should be enhanced to minimize the impact of construction on the surrounding ecological environment.
