Abstract:

Taking the calculation of the coordinates of the connecting traverses and the calculation of the coordinates of highway centerline stakes as examples, the author analyses some related functions of Excel in highway survey calculations. According to the actual calculation process of each case and the worksheet structures designed by the program, the author presents the functions and equations used in the main cells with screen capture of the worksheets. Moreover, the author mainly analyses how to use IF nested function to reduce the manual judgment and how to rationally dispose the worksheet structures by means of detailed calculation process and program analysis.
