摘要：

 结合西安市南二环立交桥钢箱梁的制造、安装施工过程，重点阐述梁体总体分块方案、组装焊接技术、预拼装及工地现场安装施工的工艺流程，对关键工艺方案和特殊情况处理提出了解决办法。

Abstract:

Taking the prefabrication and installation of the steel box girders of a cloverleaf crossing in Xi'an as project case, the paper presents the segment partition, assembling and welding, trial assembling and insitu installation of the steel box girders. Furthermore, the paper recommends some countermeasures for the critical construction processes and unusual cases.
