摘要：
结合武汉长江隧道工程管片试生产中出现裂纹的具体情况，对大体积混凝土在管片生产过程中产生裂纹的原因进行了分析，并有针对性地提出优化混凝土配合比、制定蒸养标准作业流程、严格进行工艺控制等几项措施。
Abstract:
On basis of the cracks on the segments manufactured in trials for Wuhan Yangtze River Crossing Tunnel Project, analysis is made on the causes for the cracks of the huge segments and countermeasures, such as optimizing the concrete mixing ratio, establishing standard steam curing procedures and performing strict technical control, are recommended in the paper.
