摘要:

在盾构工程施工当中,利用空气控制技术,控制掘进作业面压力平衡,稳定作业面,防止沉降和隆起。以HERRENK盾构为例,介绍在压缩空气作用下掘进作业面的平衡模式和适用范围,分析空气控制系统的特点、要求、组成及原理,分析气压设定值、控制器的模式及算法方式,详细讨论控制系统参数的调整方式,并提出建议。

Abstract:

During the tunnel boring by shield machines, compressed air is used to control the pressure balance at the working face so as to stabilize the working face and to avoid ground subsidence or ground heaving. Taking the shield machines manufactured by Herrenknecht AG as example, the paper presents the equilibrium mode and application scope of the control of the working face by means of compressed air. The paper analyzes on the features, requirements, components and working principle of the compressed air control system, as well as on the setting of the air pressure, the modes and calculation methods of the air pressure controllers. The paper also makes a detailed discussion on the manner of the adjustment of the parameters of the compressed air control system and provides some recommendations.
