机械法联络通道用掘进机始发接收密封装置研究

摘要:

: 为解决机械法联络通道掘进机在破除联络通道与主隧道相交处始发接收洞门时因压力泄露而产生的地层失稳、涌水涌砂等 问题,对常规联络通道施工方法进行分析研究,并基于土压平衡掘进机的掘进原理,研究设计了一种机械法联络通道用掘进机始发 接收密封装置。 建立了密封装置扭转剪切与轴向拉伸复合力学模型及关键参数强度校核模型,并利用ANSYS仿真平台对其进行 力学性能分析,同时将该装置应用于宁波某联络通道项目。 研究结果表明: 1)理论仿真分析为合理选取钢套筒外径和壁厚提供了 参考依据; 2)设计的密封装置结构等效应力大多在100 MPa以下,满足强度、刚度等施工荷载要求; 3)在始发接收密封装置内建立 一定压力以稳定掌子面的方法对于实际施工有积极效果; 4)机械法联络通道施工时使用始发接收密封装置能有效缩短工期,提高 安全可靠性,同时也可为类似工程设计及施工提供一定参考。

Abstract:

 The tunnel boring machine would induce ground instability and water and sand inrush when breaking through launching and receiving gate between main tunnel and connection gallery. A new type of sealing device for launching and receiving of tunnel boring machine for connection gallery with mechanical excavation method is designed and developed based on analysis on conventional construction method for connection gallery and boring principle of EPB boring machine. A composite mechanical model of torsional shear and axial tension and a strength check model of key parameters are established. The mechanical properties of the sealing device are analyzed by ANSYS simulation platform, and the device is applied to a connection gallery project in Ningbo. The study results show that: (1) The theoretical simulation provides a reference for reasonable selection of the outer diameter and wall thickness of steel sleeve. (2) The structural equivalent stress of designed sealing device is mostly below 100 MPa, which meets the construction load requirements such as strength and stiffness. (3) The establishment of pressure in a sealing device for the launching and receiving of tunnel boring machine to stabilize the excavation face has a positive effect on actual construction. (4) The application of sealing device in launching and receiving of tunnel boring machine in connection gallery with mechanical excavation method can effectively shorten the construction schedule, improve the safety and reliability and provide reference for similar engineering design and construction in the future.
