摘要:

针对泥水盾构在软岩和硬岩中掘进的实际情况,分析岩层对掘进的影响,给出软岩和硬岩中的掘进参数,并进行比较;分析泥水盾构在不同地层中掘进时遇到的特殊情况,根据有利于施工和延长设备使用寿命的原则,提出解决办法。

Abstract:

On basis of the actual situations of the boring of the shield machine in soft ground and hard ground, the article makes analysis on the influence of the ground conditions on the boring of the shield machine, from which the boring parameters of the shield machine in soft ground and hard ground are obtained. Then the article compares the boring parameters in soft ground with those in hard ground. On basis of the anaylsis on the special incidents encountered during the boring of the slurry shield machine in various grounds, the article recommends the relevant countermeasures so as to facilitate the construction of the tunnel and to extend the service life of the shield machine.
