象山特长隧道施工风险因素分析

摘要:

象山隧道左、右洞分别长15898m和15917m,是龙厦铁路最长的隧道和重要的控制工程。在隧道宏观工程背景分析的基础上,结合隧道已施工段出现的风险事件,对隧道施工过程中可能出现的安全风险进行了分析。分析表明:象山隧道具有地质条件复杂、不良地质体多、埋深大、地表环境复杂、陡长施工斜井等形成施工安全风险的工程背景,在其影响下,隧道施工期间出现突水突泥、地表失水、塌方、软岩大变形、岩爆、瓦斯爆炸、高地温、有轨运输溜车的风险很大。此外,还对上述施工风险的风险等级进行了分析。

Abstract:

Xiangshan tunnel, which consists of a 15898mlong left tube and a 15917mlong right tube, is the longest tunnel and the most important control works on LongyanXiamen railway. Based on the macroscopic engineering analysis and the risk events occurring during the tunnel construction, the authors analyze the possible risks that may happen during tunnel construction. Analysis results show that Xiangshan tunnel has such characteristics as complex geological conditions, adverse geology, deep cover, complex ground surface environment and long steep inclined shafts. Due to these factors, there are high risks of water and mud gushing, ground surface water loss, tunnel collapse, large deformation in soft rocks, rock burst, gas explosion, high geothermal and sliding of railmounted cars during the tunnel construction. In addition, the authors also make level analysis on the above risk events in this paper.
