摘要:

在施工过程中围岩变形规律对高地应力隧道施工控制大变形非常关键,也是选择隧道开挖方式、支护型式、支护参数、支护时机的技术依据。采用有限元数值模拟分析对高地应力大变形隧道采用台阶法开挖过程中的围岩变形规律进行数值模拟分析,并针对其开挖过程中的预留核心土长度对变形的影响进行了探讨,提出了合理的台阶长度和核心土长度,其结果对高地应力大变形隧道的设计与施工具有指导作用。

Abstract:

It is of great importance to master the deformation rules of the surrounding rock mass during construction so as to control the large deformation occurring during the construction of tunnels located in high ground stress regions. Furthermore, mastering the deformation rules of the surrounding rock mass is also the technical basis for the selection of the excavation methods, reinforcement types, reinforcement parameters and reinforcement opportunity. In the paper, numerical analysis is made on the deformation rules of the surrounding rock mass occurring during the "top heading and bench" excavation of tunnels with high ground stress and large deformation by means of finite element numerical simulations. Investigation is also made on the influence of the core soil length on the deformation. Proper bench lengths and core soil lengths are proposed in the paper, which can provide guidance for the design and construction of tunnels with high ground stress and large deformation in the future.
