摘要:
为使盾构隧道同步注浆浆液具有较高的工作性能,通过掺加纯碱、木钙等措施,对浆液的配比进行了优化,并采用正交设计的方法进行试验,探讨了水胶比、粉灰比、膨水比、纯碱和木钙掺量、水泥用量对于浆液性能的影响,提出了优化后的浆液配比,为今后类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:
In order to improve the workability of the grout for simultaneous grouting in shield tunneling, the grout proportion is optimized by adding sodium carbonate and calcium lignosulphonate. The influence of water/blinder ratio, fly ash/cement ratio, bentonite/water ratio, sodium carbonate amount, calcium lignosulphonate amount and cement amount on the grout performance is tested by orthogonal experiment. Finally, optimized grout proportion is suggested. This paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
