摘要:

 隧道系统锚杆使用时应保证注浆饱满,满足新奥法施工锚喷支护的技术要求。为了解锚杆注浆饱满度及使用性能,试验小组在大别山隧道施工中进行了试用,试用结果证明,组合式锚杆施工工艺合理,可以确保注浆饱满,与传统的砂浆锚杆和普通中空锚杆相比,施工效率基本接近。通过对比分析,推荐选用组合式锚杆。

Abstract:

Bolts used in tunnel construction must be fully grouted so as to satisfy the technical requirements of shotcretingbolting support according to NATM (New Austrial Tunneling Method). In order to investigate the mortar grouting fullness and performance of combined bolts, trial application of combined bolts is made in the construction of Dabieshan tunnel. The trial results show that the construction process of combined bolts is reasonable, the combined bolts can be fully grouted and have almost the same construction efficiency as traditional mortar bolts and hollow grouting bolts. It is concluded that combined bolts should be recommended for tunnel construction.
