摘要:

我国对铁路工程技术要求的提高以及建筑材料的快速发展,使得目前对混凝土的技术要求以及混凝土材料本身和以往有了明显不同。在耐久性要求下,随着建筑材料的发展及混凝土技术的进步,隧道工程填充混凝土面临着一些新问题,主要表现在设计强度等级与耐久性指标不匹配、某些配合比设计不能与混凝土耐久性要求相适应以及客观存在的施工及养护问题等,本文初步探讨了这些问题,并给出了提高填充混凝土设计强度等级、按照耐久性要求设计填充混凝土配合比、加强施工与养护等对策。

Abstract:

Along with the rapid development of construction materials and the improvement of railway construction technologies, at present, the technical requirements for concrete and concrete mixing materials are totally different from those in the past. Under the requirements of durability and the development of construction materials and concrete technology, some new problems concerning invertfilling concrete, such as  the designed strength grade not matching the durability requirements, the designed mixing ratio being not able to meet the durability requirements and problems in the concrete construction and concrete curing,  have to be solved. The author discusses these problems in this paper and recommends some countermeasures to improve the designed concrete strength, to design the mixing ratio in accordance with the durability requirements and to strengthen the construction and curing management.
